  • Shipping: Delivery timelines are estimates. XEONA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure).

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

  • Returns: Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged during transit, have physical defects, or if the incorrect product was shipped. To report an issue, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
