  • Slight variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or batch updates.

  • Results may vary from person to person based on skin type, hair type, and usage habits.

  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, check ingredients carefully or consult a professional before use.


2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without prior notice due to promotions, inventory updates, or cost fluctuations.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if a pricing or technical error occurs.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (if available)

Payment must be completed before dispatch (except COD orders).


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–72 business hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details once shipped.

We do not modify orders once confirmed. Double-check your address and product selection before placing an order.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India using trusted courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on location.

  • Delivery delays caused by courier issues, weather, strikes, or regional restrictions are outside our control.

Xeona Luxury is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.


5. Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return.

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Replacement Conditions:

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damage or wrong product.

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

We reserve the right to approve or reject replacement requests after verification.


6. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Skin/hair reaction due to individual sensitivity

  • Incorrect usage


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order.


8. Use of Products

Xeona Luxury products are meant for external use only, unless stated otherwise.

  • Follow usage instructions carefully.

  • Perform a patch test before first use.

  • Keep products out of reach of children.

We are not liable for misuse, overuse, or allergic reactions resulting from failure to follow instructions.
