1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE

Only persons who can enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 can use the Website. The Company reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time by uploading a revised version on the Website. Your continued use of the Website following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended T&C.

2. THE XEONA COLLECTION (PRODUCTS)

  • Terms of Offer: The Website offers premium skincare products, including but not limited to serums, facewashes, sunscreens, and moisturizers (the “Products”). This includes trial or promotional items.

  • Personal Use Only: Products are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any Products or samples received from XEONA.

  • Accuracy: We endeavor to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and imagery. However, as a luxury brand, please note that actual product colors and packaging finishes may vary slightly from digital representations.

  • Pricing: XEONA reserves the right to change prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

All brand names, including XEONA and XEONA LUXURY, are the exclusive property of the Company.

  • Intellectual Property: The Company owns all rights to the products, trade secrets, trademarks, and the specific "look and feel" (trade dress) of the Website.

  • Restrictions: You shall not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute any material or product manufactured by XEONA without express written consent.

4. CUSTOMER SOLICITATION & OPT-OUT

6. PAYMENTS, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Payment Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Pricing: Prices are inclusive of GST.

    • Orders under INR 599: A delivery charge applies.

    • Orders above INR 599: Standard delivery is complimentary.

  • Delivery Timeline: We aim to deliver within 5-7 business days. Tracking information will be provided via email within 24 hours of dispatch.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

The Website and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. XEONA Luxury shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products or website. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XEONA Luxury Private Limited and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these T&C or misuse of the Website/Products.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These T&C are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon Haryana.
